<subject>Drowning and Redemption</subject>
<event>
by Emmit Other Long the knight did search But the ship was dashed upon the rocks Sinking to the ocean's depths. The Cursed One would not yield And would not die. There in the depths of the sea Did he press forward. Until at last he found an isle Shrouded in the mists of time. The Knight had found his Lady once again. Wrapped she was In an enigmatic labyrinth of mystery. Bit by bit The mysteries he did solve Until at last he reached her. "Who hath done this?" The knight bellowed. Someone would pay as sure As the stars did shine. With great sadness did she say "I did it to myself." The knight was befuddled with this. But he knew that she would not lie. "Why?" was all he could say in the end. Through tears unfeigned did she confess; "I love thee with all my heart But the flesh is weak And will not follow. I felt it would grow with time. It did not." The knight was sore stricken by this news. Had she lied? "I do not understand." "Thy suitorship did overwhelm me And I saw the soul thou art But ne'r was our passion undying But merely but a part." The Knight had always known The stories were but a lie. His journey through the Desert Was testament to this. He would not give up. "I will stand with you," He said, "And perhaps things might change." His Lady was dubious But she did love him And so they waited. And time passed. And storms came And one by one The Knight used his Will to chase the storms away. But all the power in the world Cannot control True Love In the human heart. Wide they quested Searching tomes of ancient lore Mighty sages they consulted But a shock for them in store. The last sage they consulted The mightest of all "You have many wounds of each And I can help you with these The healing balm of mind can I give But this? This I cannot do." And so the Knight did see That the pain their union did cause Was greater than the scant chance of reviving it. And so their union was dissolved. What is what is. The Knight has risen from the fire Now with mastery of self, fire and water. The winds obeyed his command. The future was uncertain The path was now unplanned. The winding roads would take him On strange and winding paths But they were truer Than those left behind And he'd learned to calm his wrath. Motion forward Of a Sort Not of his own choosing. But in the end The choice was made With neither of them losing.

<subject>Pain</subject>

by Redwin Tursor An operative in the mind That shuts down the body When pain becomes to great But the pain of the soul Often numbs it to the point That one cannot feel it any more They say all things heal And perhaps they do But in the midst of the storm This is not what one is concerned about.

by Redwin Tursor Limbo is superior to hell In every conceivable way. The purpose of Hell is to torment. The purpose of Limbo is to.... Bin. It is part of hell And more hell than hell. Dante was a fool. Cassius, Brutus and Judas Slathering in the jaws of Satan Please. Pathetic. What is hell Is being close to the light Near the light In the light In sight of it But unable to touch it Unable to interact with it. Limbo is the most hellish part of hell. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
