[Poem] There Is No Middle Ground

 By Emmit Other

To support Trump

Is to support dictatorship

To support lies

To support wanting the military

To open fire

With machine guns

On unarmed protesters

To be a centrist

Is to see no Practical difference

Between people who want to kill me

And people who dont want to be killed

So when I criticize conservatives, centrists

Tankies, Liars, Capitalists and Tech Bros

Its because

I know

I know

I know

My life

And likely your life

Depends on it

[Poem] Printers

 by Emmit Other

Growing up

A printer was a simple thing

You plugged in

And the computer told it what to print

And it did

Now

Now

Now

Printers are a scam

With ink jets that self time out

And factory resets that dont

Is it a conspiracy

Or just proof

That the 1789 constitution

Is trash

And Capitalism

Is a total failure?

Seriously

Not one major printer company

Responds to market demand

And makes a damn printer

That just fucking works

And has ink jets

As effective as 1990's technology

The FBI the FTC and the FCC

Couldnt find their ass with their hand

In the Dark

Politicians

Print out reams and reams and reams

And yet Big Tech

Has them wrapped around their finger

Apparently

Panoplay

 Chronos and Zeus

Battling it out again in the heavens

800 years past

Mirage of Mythology

Panoplay to the steely naked eye

Bookending the Year of Chaos

Aquarius hosting the galactic affair

Drowned in a glory of stars

Stars we cannot see due to the pollution of light

One era ends

Another begins

The Golden Age is ours

If we but claim it

Fire was stolen once

Lets steal it again

And go up to join them

Katalyst

 by Emmit Other

Stellar Signs does Aquarius Herald

I'm not so sure I'm empowered

But I know the galactic axis feels like its moving

Even if it is at a glacial incrementalistic pace

I hear a call to something larger

Barging at my subconscious

Demanding acknowledgement

Demanding Portent

Demanding my time

I know not the structure

But I know it is a calling

As sure as any other I have ever known

Not every calling is worthy

Not every noble quest succeeds

But this one sings to my soul

And tomorrow is a doorway

Whether it is only in my mind

And I have yet to choose to accept it

Or a spiritual antenna

Picking up something larger than myself

Something I can and should choose to acknowledge

Time is a lens and a doorway

It is knocking

And I shall open

T87653

by Emmit Other

Flying demons in the night
That walk in the skins of men
Watch in horror as their right
Their birthright mantle stolen
Before their eyes
Howling horrors in human form
Twisted souls beyond all norm
Racist fucks who have sex with guns
Sexist rapusts who defile thier sons
A mirror image year by year
The ghoulish aping of America's tear
Smoking echoes of the city that died
And founding fathers whose promise lied
Libeties beacon has wet the bed
And every virtue was just in your head
Groping monkey with a gun and badge
Twist the law in dark omage
To tentacled horrors that mock all light
Inept champions to set things right
Bridging banners of centrist glee
Sitting down to biscuts and a little tea
Those we hope will come to save us
Are busy trying to instead betray us
So take your torch
Mayhap a weapon
Join the riot
There is no heaven
Our better angels
Have all fallen
And our only hope
Is those most shit on
Taking no more in the twilight of our land
A new dawn will come
But cold comfort for those ghouls
Who found normal
Who found the quiet every day
In decade after decade
In a sea of blood
